Personal Journal Entry 10/24

There are no new and/or pressing updates to report on this week. Our BA’s had their second test this week, so there focus was mainly on the test. We did not have our regularly scheduled Wednesday meeting wither because of this. As PM’s our focus has really been on fine-tuning our deliverables-our budget and project schedule have been updated the most. Looking ahead to next week, we will look to re-group with our BA’s and make sue that they are on the pre-determined path to start and perfecting their prototyping.
